02What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, and the messages you send us on WhatsApp, website chat, or forms.
School and study-interest details that you choose to share.
Basic technical data (device, browser, pages viewed) through analytics.
Documents you share for an application (diploma, transcript, family card, ID card) are handled only to process your application to Sejong Cyber University.
03Why we use it
To answer your questions, help you apply or join a Korean class, send the information you asked for, and improve the website.
Our legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you. Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) applies to us.
04WhatsApp
When you message our WhatsApp number, an automated menu may reply first. Messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and stored by us so our admissions team can follow up. Meta's own privacy policy applies to your use of WhatsApp.
We never send marketing to people who have not messaged us first. Reply "menu" at any time, or ask an admin to stop.
05Who we share it with
Sejong Cyber University, only for your application and with your knowledge.
Service providers that run our website, chat, and messaging: Vercel, Supabase, Meta/WhatsApp, and Google Analytics.
We never sell your data.
06How long we keep it
Conversations and leads are kept while we are helping you, and up to 24 months after the last contact.
Application documents are deleted after the application is completed or withdrawn, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
07Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

08Cookies and analytics
Minimal. We use our own page analytics ("Pulse") and standard web analytics. No ad trackers.
09Children
Prospective students under 18 should involve a parent or guardian. We may ask for a parent's contact.

If this policy changes, we post the update here with the date. Effective 6 October 2026.
